Lesson Plan For Types of PIC-LITS: Postcard / Letter Writing

OBJECTIVE:
Writing letters is a great way to interact creatively with the photographs on piclits.com. You can choose a photograph that provokes a memory you want to share with a friend or family member, or that invites a great background for a thank you letter, or that captures how you are feeling or how you think your letter recipient is feeling.

Some say the art of letter writing is lost in the era of Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram and Facebook, but piclits.com can bring back the well crafted, short letter / postcard by allowing you to write on the photo.

So, select a photo that connects to you or your letter recipient, think creatively, and generate a LETTER in the FREESTYLE mode.

MODEL PIC-LIT:

Here is a letter from the imagined voice of the girl “Mary” who is holding the baby toad. It is short, heartfelt, and creative in its message of caring and nurturing.
